What You'll Do

  1. Accurately enter and maintain patient records, telemedicine consultations, and medical histories.

  2. Manage appointment scheduling for virtual consultations, follow-ups, and prescription refills.

  3. Organize and update electronic health/medical records (EHR/EMR) to ensure HIPAA compliance.

  4. Process insurance claims, billing, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) for telehealth services.

  5. Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and providing timely reminders.

  6. Prepare and format patient reports, case summaries, and other medical documentation.

  7. Monitor and track healthcare KPIs, such as patient wait times and telehealth adoption rates.

  8. Conduct research on medical advancements, treatments, and relevant regulatory updates.

  9. Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH Act).

  10. Convert audio recordings of virtual consultations into accurate written transcripts.

  11. Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and contact information to maintain data integrity.

  12. Coordinate online meetings, webinars, and virtual health events for healthcare providers.

  13. Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for telemedicine workflows.

  14. Collaborate with internal teams or external partners (pharmacies, labs, insurance providers).

  15. Perform data validation, auditing records regularly for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • 2+ years of healthcare or telemedicine-related experience (clinical admin, medical billing, records management, etc.).

  • Strong English communication skills (C1-C2)—written and verbal.

  • Tech-savviness: Familiar with EHR/EMR software, medical billing tools, and video conferencing platforms.

  • Attention to Detail: Able to handle sensitive patient data securely and accurately.

  • Adaptability: Eager to learn AI-driven workflows, stay updated on telehealth regulations, and collaborate in a remote environment.
