What You'll Do

  1. Identify and build prospect lists via LinkedIn, industry directories, ZoomInfo, or Apollo, segmenting them by company size, industry, and buying intent.

  2. Conduct cold and warm calls, craft personalized emails, and harness LinkedIn Sales Navigator to start conversations and engage prospective clients.

  3. Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), scheduling discovery calls and sales demos for your client’s team.

  4. Keep lead data updated in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, organizing follow-ups and ensuring the sales pipeline is always transparent.

  5. Draft, send, and monitor tailored outreach sequences, tracking open rates, responses, and conversion metrics.

  6. Generate reports on outreach success, lead conversion rates, and campaign metrics—pinpointing the most effective channels and messaging.

  7. Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and prospect pain points to refine your outreach approach.

  8. Engage with potential clients over the long term, sharing relevant insights and re-engaging cold leads through thoughtful follow-up.

  9. Communicate regularly with sales reps, marketing teams, and account executives, ensuring a seamless handoff once leads are qualified.

  10. Adjust scripts, emails, and social selling strategies based on response rates and feedback, maintaining a dynamic, data-driven SDR process.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • 2+ years of SDR or inside sales experience—confident with outbound calls and creative with email outreach.

  • Strong English communication skills (C1-C2)—personable, persuasive, and adaptive to different buyer personas.

  • Tech-savviness: Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Mailchimp), and social platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Adaptability: Willing to pivot messaging based on prospect feedback, industry changes, or product updates.

  • Attention to Detail: Capable of meticulously logging conversations, tasks, and appointment details, ensuring no lead is overlooked.
