What You'll Do

Manage and schedule social media posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Engage with followers—responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries about styling, makeup tips, or product details.
Track social media engagement (likes, comments, shares), preparing regular performance reports.
Assist with content creation, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships in the fashion and beauty space.
Monitor seasonal and viral trends (e.g., #CleanGirlAesthetic, #StreetStyle, #DewyMakeup), suggesting innovative engagement strategies.
Maintain a dedicated social media calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and style guides.
Design eye-catching posts, reels, or stories using Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
Write and optimize captions, hashtags, and keywords to improve searchability and online discoverability.
Schedule and automate posts using Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later for consistent audience reach.
Run and monitor social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), focusing on ROI and conversions.
Moderate online reviews and respond to feedback on platforms like Google My Business or Yelp.
Plan interactive strategies—polls, Q&As, or giveaways—that boost audience participation and brand loyalty.
Repurpose content for multiple platforms, converting blog posts into IG carousels or tutorial videos into YouTube Shorts.
Observe and analyze competitor activities, providing insights for staying on-trend and differentiating your brand.
Coordinate with designers/video editors to produce engaging reels, stories, and product highlights that reflect the latest fashion and beauty aesthetics.

Our Perfect Candidate

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally in fashion or beauty.
Strong English communication skills (C1-C2)—creative, brand-conscious, and quick on trends.
Tech-savviness: Skilled with social media dashboards, design tools, and analytics platforms.
Attention to Detail: Able to align visuals, captions, and brand messaging to showcase your client’s unique style and product offerings.
Adaptability: Ready to learn AI-driven workflows, respond to emerging beauty/fashion trends, and pivot strategies as needed.
